These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the use of the FindAesthetic platform, operated by Mosaic Medical UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Stubbenhof 16, 21147 Hamburg, Germany (hereinafter "Operator"). By using the platform, users agree to these terms.
FindAesthetic is a comparison platform for beauty clinics and aesthetic treatments. The platform provides information about clinics, treatments, and reviews, and enables users to contact clinics via a contact form. Clinic information is partly processed using AI-powered data processing. FindAesthetic does not provide medical services and acts exclusively as an intermediary.
The use of certain functions of the platform requires registration. When registering, truthful information must be provided. Users are responsible for keeping their access credentials confidential.
Users undertake to use the platform only for lawful purposes and not to publish any content that violates applicable law. In particular, no false reviews may be submitted or misleading information provided.
FindAesthetic does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided by clinics or collected through automated processes. The platform serves exclusively for information and intermediation purposes. The decision regarding any treatment rests solely with the user and the treating physician. Liability of the operator for damages arising from the use of intermediated clinic services is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
All content published on the platform, including texts, graphics, logos, and databases, is subject to German copyright law. Some content is generated or processed using artificial intelligence. Reproduction, editing, or distribution of content beyond the limits of copyright law requires the prior written consent of the operator.

Users can cancel their account at any time without giving reasons. The operator reserves the right to block or delete accounts in case of violations of these terms.
The operator reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Registered users will be informed of changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
German law applies to all legal relationships between the operator and users. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Hamburg, to the extent permitted by law.
